I worked on contract to Lockheed Martin Information Technology at the FBI West Virginia Complex in Clarksburg, WV.  I worked on evaluation, IT planning, and integration of large SAN solution involving the EMC (Sym 6.0) DMX2000 and the HP XP1024 arrays.  This SAN solution is designed to consolidate all stored information into a three-way mirror with two devices on primary site for High Availability and a remote site for Disaster Recovery.  This SAN was to have ALL operating systems use it, including:  HP-UX, OS/390, IRIX, and Solaris operating systems. ·         Gap distribution center: did a brand split with their applications, upgraded to a high availability (MC/ServiceGuard) configuration on HP V-Class servers, and installed VERITAS NetBackup.

·         Columbus Public Schools:  design and upgrade the central student records to HP-UX 11.i, a high availability system using EMC Symmetrix Raid-S Network Area Storages with MC/ServiceGuard.

      Using HP Logical Volume Manager, VERITAS Volume Manger, HP SD-UX, and HP MirrorUX.

·         State of Ohio: (Attorney General and EPA offices) upgraded hardware and software on Sun Solaris 8 and HP-UX 11.0 systems, set up backup routines, installed patches, TCP/IP Ethernet LAN networks, and installed, configured, and updated HP Openview IT/Operations and HP PRM applications with NAS (Network Area Storage).  Administer security, passwords & file access.
